摘要
采用连续潮流算法,利用PSASP绘制了东北地区某实际电网大规模风电并网后的P-V曲线,确定了满足该地区静态电压稳定情况下风电输出的最大临界功率。通过对风电场与主网联络线短路故障以及最严重N-1运行情况下电网主要节点和风电汇集站电压情况的监测,说明了不同风电接纳量对该地区电网暂态电压稳定性的影响,满足静态稳定的风电最大接纳量不能满足系统的暂态电压稳定。同时,也说明了大规模风电并网后系统的暂态电压稳定较静态电压稳定更为关键。
This paper adopts continuous power flow algorithm to draw the P-V curve of the grid in northeastern region after large-scale wind power paralleled in grid through PSASP and determines the maximum output critical power of wind power under stable static voltage in the region. Through monitoring the voltage of main nodes of electric power network and wind power collecting station when short circuit and the most serious N-1 operation occur in wind power field and main network, it explains the influence of wind power acceptance amount on the transient voltage stability of the network. The maximum acceptance amount meeting the requirement of static stability fails to satisfy transient voltage stability. It also shows that transient voltage stability compared with static stability is more important after large-scale wind power paralleled in grid.
