摘要
针对哈尔滨某供热公司供热机组湿法脱硫系统运行下原有烟囱的腐蚀问题,阐述了脱硫改造后的运行工况,分析了钢筋混凝土单筒烟囱腐蚀的机理,提出了烟囱防腐的改造方案。实践证明,采用OM-5型防腐方案后,烟囱运行情况良好,没有出现烟气渗漏部位、内衬防腐层裂缝、脱落现象。
Aiming at the existing corrosion of chimney in wet FGD system of heating units of a heating supply company in Harbin, this paper expounds the working condition of the system after desulphurization reconstruction, analyzes the corrosion mechanism of single-tube reinforced concrete chimney, and proposes reconstruction plan for chimney corrosion. The practice proves that the chimney is in good working condition without leakage of flue and gas or break and drop of anticorrosion coating.
