摘要
帘线钢丝拉拔生产过程中断裂,"杯状"断口比例约50%。对"杯状"断口表面及附近区域进行能谱分析,断口表面的脆性夹杂物为WC硬质合金,断口附近的钢丝表面也有块状硬质合金。对拉拔生产过程进行分析,并使用3种不同成分矫直轮进行工艺对比试验,C矫直轮使用效果最好,生产钢丝约1 500 t后,槽面基本光滑,没有硬质合金颗粒掉落,仅有细小裂纹产生。分析结果表明,由于拉拔钢丝温度升高,从矫直轮上脱落的硬质合金黏附在钢丝表面,拉拔过程中被压入钢丝表面,随着总压缩率增大,钢丝拉拔断裂形成"杯状"断口。通过控制矫直轮硬质合金的成分及使用周期,可有效防止"杯状"断口的产生。
Steel cord cracks in wire drawing production process, the proportion of cup fracture is about 50%. The surface of cup fracture and area of nearby was analyzed by using energy spectrum analysis, the brittle inclusion on fracture surface was WC hard alloy, block hard alloy existed on steel wire surface near fracture. The Wire drawing production process was analyzed, and process comparative test was done by adopting three different composition straightening wheel, the C straight ening wheel had the best effect, after 1 500 t steel wire was produced, the straightening wheel surface was smooth, there was no hard alloy particles fell, just little crackles. The analytical results show that : because of drawing steel wire tempera ture increases, hard alloy dropping from straightening wheel adhered on steel wire surface, then it was pressed steel wire surface, with total compression rose, the steel wire fractured and there was a cup fracture on surface. The occurrence of cup fracture can be prevented by control the composition of straightening wheel hard alloy and service life.
