悬索桥主缆缠绕用S形热镀锌钢丝的研制 被引量:2

摘要 介绍S形热镀锌钢丝的外形和尺寸以及钢丝性能指标,对新产品开发过程中的原料选择、轧制工艺、中间道次退火工艺、镀锌工艺等进行研究。原料选择应考虑化学成分及偏析控制,以满足通条稳定性;多道次扁钢轧制中两侧变形量调节均匀可以避免侧弯的发生;轧制中间增加退火工艺能满足连续生产需要,退火温度700℃,保温时间2h;镀锌速度选择12 m/min,镀锌后进行精整以保证尺寸精度。试验结果:S形热镀锌钢丝抗拉强度581 MPa,扭转12次,弯曲20次,锌层面质量达335 g/m2,缠绕试验8圈不开裂,缠丝后的"环"形表面平整,缠丝紧密。 To introduce the profile, size and property index of Sshape hot dipping galvanizing, the raw materials selec tion, rolling process, semifinished annealing and galvanizing in new products development course are researched. Chemi cal composition and segregation control should be thought as raw materials selection, so as to meet whole wire properties stable; two side deformation adjusting even in multipass flat steel rolling can avoid sidebend happen; adding annealing in rolling can meet process production demands; annealing at 700 ℃, keep warm 2 hours, galvanizing speed 12 m/rain, fin ishing after galvanizing to ensure size precision. Test results are Sshape hot dipping galvanizing steel wire tensile strength 581 MPa, torsion 12 times, bending 20 times, zinc coat mass 335 g/In2, not crazing after winding 8 times, loop shape sur face smooth and tightness after wire winding.
