摘要
Φ12 mm螺纹钢进行三线切分轧制后,轧件在冷床上对齐难度较大.3根轧件在冷床上存在长短差,原因是3根轧件在切分孔型中的金属流量不相同.解决措施:根据切分轧制原理调整料型匹配关系,控制基础料型,预切料型进口导辊间隙比轧件小0.3~0.4 mm,控制导卫对正,孔型对正,横梁水平和两端辊缝一致,调整三线切分轧制中线与两边线长短差,改进对齐辊槽型.改进后,Φ12 mm螺纹钢成材率提高了0.3%,定尺率提高了0.4%,解决了Φ12 mm螺纹钢三线切分生产头部不齐的问题.
It was more difficuh to align for rolled piece on cooling bed after diameter 12 mm rebar was three-strand slitting rolled. The reason of difference to length of roiled piece of three strands is the difference of the metal flow in the pass system of slitting roiling. Solving measures are as follows: to adjust matching relationship of billet shape according to slitting rolling principle, to control the basic, the gap of pre-cut billet shape guide roller is less 0.3 - 0.4 mm than the rolled piece, to control guide fitting to the level of roller beam, roll gap of both sides to rollers, the beam level is fitting with two side roller gap, to adjust the length difference between the three-strand slitting rolling centre strand and two side strands and improve the groove profile of align roller. After improvements, the rebar yield of diameter 12 mm was raised 0.3% and length ratio 0.4% , the problem of diameter 12 mm rebar three-strand slitting rolling irregular head was solved.
