摘要
对预应力钢绞线力学性能进行研究,建立弹塑性过程本构关系,以获得材料完整的弹塑性过程参数。并将其研究方法引入钢丝绳等高强线材制品,以期对高强线材制品行业的制造工艺及质量评定给出合理的评估,同时指导工程应用。对钢绞线的研究不再按常规弹性、屈服、破断、延伸等几个离散力学参数评价高强线材制品材料力学性能,而是利用弹塑性过程的应力应变曲线建模、统计、分析得到材料相关特征参数来评定其制造工艺、制造质量,同时也可以预测其配套锚夹具要求的性能参数。
To research prestressed strand's mechanical property and set up elastoplasticity constitutive relation to achieve elastoplasticity process parameter with completed materials. To lead its research method to steel wire rope etc. high quality wire products, which give reasonable evaluation of its manufacturing technique and quality assessment and lead engineering application. The research on prestressed strand to evaluate high quality wire products materials mechanical performance is no longer based on conventional elastic, yield, fracture, and extension discrete mechanics parameters but on elastoplasticity process stress-strain curve' s to model, calculate and analyze, and to forecast the performance parameter bv its anchor.
