摘要
输出转速是电动舵机一项重要技术指标,为解决某型滚珠丝杠传动电动舵机低温转速大幅降低的问题,对传动结构进行理论计算和有限元分析,提出有效的解决措施,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,解决措施有效可行,对工作在宽温度范围的其他传动机构设计具有普遍意义。
Output speed of electric actuator is an important technical indicator. In order to solve low speed problem of a type of ball-screw-drive electric actuator, through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of he transmission struc- ture, effective measure is put forward and tested. The test results show that the solution is feasible and effective, and has positive significance to the design of other transmission mechanism which works over a wide temperature range.
