摘要 消隙齿轮是齿轮反馈机构中常采用的消除传动间隙的形式,将消隙齿轮传动分为两种状态,建立了包含各主要传动因素的消隙齿轮传动动力学模型,并依此分析了不同弹簧刚度与不同弹簧预紧力下的高频传动特性,结果表明增大刚度与预紧力均能提高传动性能。为了便于工程设计,采用了参数灵敏度评估方法计算各设计参数的灵敏度,得到齿轮转动惯量与弹簧刚度是影响其性能的关键因素,在此基础上进行了消隙齿轮的改进设计。 An anti-backlash gear is a common style for elimination of gear clearance in feedback apparatus and two states of anti-backlash transmission are built. Based on the simulation dynamic model involving transmission factors, the high-speed transmission has been analyzed under various pretightening force and spring stiffness, the research conclusion shows that it would be improved by increasing of them. For easy to engineering design application, it identifies gear inertial moment and spring stiffness as key factors by the sensitivity of system parameters calculated , finally the improvement design for the anti-backlash gear is applied.
