Introduction, Development and Coping Strategy for New High Visibility Garment Standard ISO 20471:2013

高可视服装国际标准ISO 20471:2013正式生效,该标准规定了警示服的设计和材料的性能要求,以保证使用者在高风险环境中的日间夜间条件下的可视性。该标准相对于曾经执行的标准EN 471:2003+A1:2007进行了多处修改和调整,了解这些标准中的变化对于出口欧盟等国家的成衣制造商应对服装的设计和材料的要求将有非常好的借鉴意义。

This international standard ISO 20471：2013 specifies requirements for high-visibility clothing which is capable of signaling the user＇s presence visually, intended to provide conspicuity of the user in high-risk situations under any light conditions by day and under illumination by vehicle headlights in the dark. This standard does not apply to medium-risk and low-risk situations performance requirements are included for color and retro-reflectivity as well as for the minimum areas and for the placement of the materials in protective clothing.The ISO 20471：2013 has been significantly revised by comparing with EN 471：2003＋A1：2007. It is good for garment manufacturing to learn more about the difference in their export business and garment design.
