重卡钢板弹簧骑马螺栓动静态力矩的装配质量过程控制

摘要 为了提高重卡钢板弹簧骑马螺栓动静态力矩的装配质量,从悬架系统和路试振动方面入手分析造成骑马螺栓力矩衰减的原因以及危害。采用Minitab软件对拧紧力矩采集数据进行统计分析,根据统计过程控制理论和过程控制能力分析来判定骑马螺栓动静态力矩的质量特性是否受控。通过数据分析和采取相应措施,对拧紧机的动态拧紧力矩以及其他方面进行调整与改进,从而有效地保证骑马螺栓的力矩质量控制,达到了预期目的。 In order to improve the assembly quality about the static-dynamic torque for U-bolt of leaf spring in heavy truck, the author analyzed the reasons and harms about U-bolts' torque loss from sus- pension system, road and vibration tests. Minitab software was applied to analyze data of u-bolts' torque, according to SPC and process control capability to judge whether the quality characteristics of the static-dynamic torque for U-bolt was controlled. After data analysis, the corresponding measures were taken. Based on theory of SPC, the dynamic torque of tightening machine and other aspects were adjusted and improved. This research ensures quality control of the torque for U-boh furthest and a- chieves the anticipate results.
