摘要
本文主要讨论美国青少年异常行为和犯罪行为在最近二十多年的发展与变化,美国社会科学界在研究青少年问题方面的最新理论发展,以及美国司法系统近年来对青少年问题做出的反应。在简单地介绍了各国青少年问题之后,作者结合当前中国社会经济的发展对青少年的影响,就中国社会应该如何应对青少年的问题提出了十分中肯的看法。
This paper mainly discusses new trends in juvenile delinquency, new theoretical developments by social scientists who study juvenile delinquency, and the responses of the juvenile justice system to juvenile delinquency in the United States in the past two decades. After a brief introduction to the juve-nile delinquency in the world, the author provides his insightful comments on how the Chinese society should respond to the juvenile delinquent problems in light of the impacts of the current Chinese socioeco-nomic development on juveniles in China.
