摘要
学术权力与行政权力是我国高校管理体制中不可或缺的两个方面,两者关系既有冲突又相互交融,其协调对形成学术权力与行政权力各司其职的格局、推动高校内部管理体制的完善意义重大。
Academic power and administrative power are two indispensable aspects of the management system in the institute of higher education.The two elements are both in conflict and in integration,while the harmony of which is of great significance for the formation of academic power and the proper function of administrative power.It also plays a vital role in perfecting administrative systems in institutes of higher education.
