“消髓化核汤”促进腰椎间盘突出症术后康复30例临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察消髓化核汤促进腰椎间盘突出症术后康复的作用。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用术后常规康复治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服消髓化核汤。分别统计并比较2组综合疗效和治疗后不同时段VAS疼痛评分、JOA评分。结果:经过60d的治疗后,综合疗效评定治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;术后30d、60d,治疗组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,JOA评分明显高于对照组。结论:消髓化核汤对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者康复有较好的促进作用。
