摘要
山西中南部铁路通道是我国第一条一次建成1 000 km以上的大能力运煤铁路通道,也是第一条实际意义上的重载铁路,宁阳制梁场作为本条线路生产任务量最大的T梁预制场,存在较大的工期压力。经过分析重载铁路T梁生产工艺,梁场研发了液压式整体模板。通过液压式整体模板的设计及应用,最终保证了T梁的实体质量,大大提高了生产效率,为以后的T梁生产提供了宝贵的实践经验。
Central and South Shanxi railway is China' s first large capacity coal railway channel above 1 000 km built in a row, as well as the first heavy haul railway in real sense. Ningyang, as the largest T-beam precast yard for the line con- struction, is faced with great time pressure. Through the analysis of heavy haul railway T-beam production process, the beam field developed hydraulic overall template. The design and application of hydraulic integral template ensure T-beam quality, greatly improve the production efficiency, providing the valuable experiences for the later T-beam production.
