摘要
随着核电站的不断运行,需要对DCS系统的控制参数进行优化整定。本文针对I/A DCS系统中使用的PID控制回路,提出参数的优化整定方案,减少整定过程对正常生产的影响,提高控制的精确性和稳定性。首先利用系统辨识的方法建立系统模型,基于模型计算PID控制回路的经验参数,再利用I/A系统中的FBTUNE模块,得出优化的PID控制参数。
PID parameter tuning should be implemented when the DCS system has run for a long time.A tuning schedule is provided for PID controllers of I/A DCS system,which can improve accuracy and stability with less interruption to the process.Firstly,process model should be obtained with the method of system identiifcation.Then PID parameter should be calculated base on it.FBTUNE block of I/A DCS system should be implemented to get the optimal PID parameters.
