凝血功能与胃癌临床病理特征的关系

Relationship of coagulation function with clinic opathological features of gastric cancer

目的探讨凝血功能与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法选择2010年6月至2012年6月间收治的98例胃癌患者为研究对象,检测外周血凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板计数(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)、凝血酶时间(TT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),并对凝血功能指标与胃癌临床分期、病理组织分化程度和淋巴结转移的关系进行探讨。结果不同临床分期胃癌患者PT、PLT和FBG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病理组织分化程度的胃癌患者各项凝血功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);淋巴结转移患者的PLT和FBG水平显著高于未发生转移患者(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者凝血功能异常,且与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关。

Objective To explore the relationship of coagulation function with clinic opathological features of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 98 gastric cancer patients were selected. The index of PT, PLT,FBG,TT and APTT was recorded. The relationship of coagulation function with clinical stage,degree of histologic differentiation and lymphoid metastasis were studied. Results There was significant difference of PT,PLT and FBG among various clinical stages（ P〈0. 05）; No significant difference of coagulation function indexes was found in patients with various degree of histologic differentiation（ P〈0. 05）; the index of PLT and FBG in the patients with lymphoid metastasis were much higher than those of the patients without metastasis（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The coagulation function of gastric cancer is abnormal,and related with clinical stage and lymphoid metastasis.
