护理人员灾害救护核心能力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on status and influencing factors of the nurses＇ core competency of disaster rescue

目的调查护理人员灾害救护核心能力的现状，并分析其影响因素。方法采用护理人员灾害救护核心能力问卷对四川省某医院680名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷680份，回收有效问卷628份，回收有效率为92．35％。628名护理人员灾害救护核心能力问卷总均分为（1．74±0．24）分，各维度得分从高到低依次为应对阶段（1．93±0．19）分、准备阶段（1．77±0．40）分、灾后恢复阶段（1．48±0．59）分；不同年龄、护龄、职称、职务及有无灾害救护相关经验（实践或培训）的护理人员灾害救护核心能力得分差异均有统计学意义（F／t分别为3．224，4．905，3．873，12．105，13．824；P〈0．05），不同性别、学历的护理人员灾害救护核心能力得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论护理人员灾害救护核心能力处于较低水平，护理管理者应根据护理人员年龄、护龄、职称、职务及有无灾害救护的相关经验，采用有效方法和途径对其进行系统化灾害护理教育及培训，提高其灾害救护核心能力。

Objective To investigate the statusof the nurses＇ core competency of disaster rescue and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Six hundreds eighty nurses in a hospital of Sichuan province were surveyed by the questionnaire ofthe nurses＇ core competency of disaster rescue. Results Six hundreds eighty questionnaires were issued and 628 questionnaires were responsive with an effective response rate of 92.35%. The average score of the questionnaire was （ 1.74 ± 0.24）, and the scores of all dimensions were respectively （ 1.93± 0.19） in the response phase, （ 1.77 ±0.40） in the preparation stage, and （ 1.48 ± 0.59） in the recovery phasefrom high to low. The differences were found in the scores of the different age, work time, title, position and disaster rescue experience, and the differences were statistically significant （F/t = 3. 224, 4. 905, 3. 873, 12. 105,13. 824, respectively; P 〈 0.05）. No differences were found in the different gender and degree. Conclusions The nurses＇ core competency of disaster rescue is at a lower level. The nursing managers should take the effective methods and ways of systematic disaster nursing education and training for them and improve their core competency of disaster rescue according to age, work time, title, position and the disaster rescue experience of nurses.
