关节镜下Suture Bridge技术治疗肩袖损伤的手术配合 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下SutureBridge技术治疗肩袖损伤的手术护理配合。方法回顾性分析2010年6月至2012年1月采用关节镜下SutureBridge技术治疗肩袖全层撕裂患者的临床资料,总结术前准备、手术体位、器械管理及配合、手术环境管理、并发症观察等护理经验。结果通过良好的医护配合,21例患者均顺利完成手术,术中未出现任何不良事件及并发症,术后恢复良好,无一例发生感染。结论术前充分理解手术步骤以及手术中存在的风险,术中良好护理配合,可有效降低并发症发生率,缩短手术时间,提高手术质量,确保患者安全度过围术期。
