广西高校体育教师工作压力的现状分析

Current Situation Analysis on Work Pressure of PE Teachers in Guangxi Colleges and Universities

文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对广西高校体育教师的工作压力进行调查分析。结果表明,广西高校体育教师普遍感受到中等程度的工作压力,不同年龄、教龄和职称的体育教师工作压力呈显著性差异。

This article used the literature method ,questionnaire investigation method, mathe- matical statistics method and other research methods to carry out the investigation and analysis on the work pressure of PE teachers in Guang）d vocational colleges.The results showed that PE teachers in Guangxi vocational colleges generally feel the moderate work pressure,and the work pressure of PE teachers with different ages, seniority and titles showed the significant difference.
