摘要
本文从认知心理学角度出发,论述元认知理论框架。以元认知理论为依据,以听者的认知过程为基础,探讨在英语教学中从三个方面进行优化的听力自主训练步骤和内容,从而提高学生的听力自主训练技能并丰富其听力元认知体验。
From the perspective of cognitive psychology, this paper intends to examine the nature and components of meta-cognition. In order to further foster listeners' listening comprehension competence, the training of self-regulated listening in three aspects is proposed.
