辽宁省城镇化进程中的劳动力就业问题探究

Employment Problem of Labor in Liaoning Province in Process of Urbanization

认为就业是民生之本,是职工的基本权益所在,也是工会维护职工权益的重点之一。指出辽宁省正处于高速城镇化进程中,大量的农村劳动力涌入城市,如何保持就业稳定增长、让城乡劳动者更好地共享改革发展成果,是辽宁省城镇化进程中面临的重大课题。为切实解决劳动者现实难题,在辽宁省总工会于2011年3月举行千企万名职工劳资关系大调查的基础上,针对此次大调查中反映出来的就业方面的重大问题,结合辽宁省城镇化进程中的实际状况,提出一些切实可行的政策建议。

Employment is people＇s livelihood, the basic rights of workers, and also one of the priorities when the union safeguarding workers＇ rights. Liaoning province is in the rapid urbanization process, a large number of rural labors are forcing into the city. How to maintain a steady growth and let urban and rural workers share the achievement of reform and development is an important issue in the process of urbanization in Liaoning Province. In order to solve practical problems for the workers, the General Labor Union of Liaoning Province held a labor relations survey of a thousand enterprises and million workers in March of 2011. Aiming at the major problems reflected in the investigation, combining the actual situation in the process of urbanization, some feasible policy suggestions are put forward.
