Class Culturein Colleges and its Construction Method

分析了高校班级文化的三种表现形态——物质的形态、制度的形态、精神的形态。认为其育人功能具体体现在环境的熏陶、制度的制约和精神的激励三个方面。提出高校班级文化建设的基本理路应以物质的形态为载体,营造班级文化的温馨氛围;以制度的形态为抓手,创建班级文化的稳固结构;以精神的形态为引领,构建班级文化的价值内涵。

Three manifestations of class culture in college are analyzed--physical form, system forms, and spiritual forms. Its educational function embodies in aspects of the influence of the environment, institutional constraints and the spiritual motivation. The basic ideas of the construction of class culture in colleges are proposed., taking the form of material as a carrier, to create a warm ambience of class culture; taking the form of system as the starting point, to create a solid structure of class culture; taking the form of spirit for the lead, to build the value connotation of class culture.
