摘要
针对整机测试的复杂性与测试条件的不可控性,设计了适合工程机械的负载模拟实验系统,并搭建了实验平台;运用Matlab系统辨识建立了精确的比例溢流阀数学模型,采用增量式PID控制策略,进行了负载模拟控制算法参数的在线调试,并确定了合适的PID参数值。通过测试,实际负载与模拟负载误差σ≤4.5%,表明该系统可以实现准确可靠的负载模拟。
Due to complexity and uncontrollability in testing a complete set of machine, an experimental system of load simulation was designed with an experiment platform for engineering machine. MATLAB was adopted to establish an accurate mathematical model of proportional relief valve. Then incremental PID control algorithm was used to conduct on-line adjustment for parameters of load simulation control algorithm, with proper PID parameters obtained. It is found that the percentage error between the real load and simulated load is less than 4.5%, indicating an accurate and reliable load simulation realized by this system.
