梅尼埃病研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 梅尼埃病（meniere＇s disease, MD）是耳科的一种常见病,以膜迷路积水为基本病理基础,临床特征为间歇发作性眩晕、波动性耳聋、耳鸣和耳胀满感.目前病因及发病机制未明.笔者对MD的概况、诊断、治疗及电生理检查等研究方面的相关文献进行了综述.
