摘要
本文利用中国工业行业面板数据实证分析参与离岸外包对不同技术密集型行业就业结构的影响,研究结果显示:离岸外包对我国就业存在正效应,但存在行业差异,对熟练劳动密集型行业影响较强。外包对就业结构影响不显著,对熟练劳动密集型行业熟练劳动就业有正效应,对非熟练劳动密集型行业熟练劳动就业有负效应。因此笔者认为,要增加对熟练劳动密集型行业承接外包的扶持力度,提升企业在全球价值链分工中的地位,加快产业结构升级,改善就业结构。
This paper use Chinese industries panel data to conduct empirical analysis of the employment structure of the different technology-intensive industries involved in offshore outsourcing, the results show: Offshoring outsourcing has a positive effect on employment in China, hut there are industry differences and for skilled labor-intensive industries the effect is strong. Outsourcing has no significant impact on the structure of employment, but has a positive effect on employment of skilled labor for skilled labor-intensive industries, and negative effect on skilled labor employment for unskilled labor-intensive industries. Therefore, we need to increase support efforts for outsourcing of skilled labor-intensive industries, enhance the statns of enterprises in the global value chain division, speed up the upgrading of industrial structure, and improve the employment structure.
