10kV电缆故障指示器整定研究及应用

摘要 分析某10 kV配电系统的特点,阐述目前电缆故障指示器的故障判断逻辑的优缺点,提出一种适合该电网的故障指示器整定原则,通过ATP/MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,验证了判断逻辑和整定原则的正确性。总结电缆故障指示器在安装、运行维护、使用过程中的经验,提出基于二分法原理的故障查找方法,快速定位电缆故障点,提高了排除配电网故障的工作效率。 The characteristics of 10 kV power distribution system of Hunan area are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of fault identifying logics for power cable fault indicator are expounded and a new fault indicator setting principle which is suitable for the grid is put forward. The correctness of the fault identifying logics and setting principle is verified with the ATP/MATLAB software simulation analysis. The experience in the process of the installation operation maintenance and application is summarized out and a fault locating method based on the mathematics principle of dichotomy is proposed to improve the working efficiency of power distribution network fault recovery work.
