摘要
探讨了"双师型"教师的内涵,分析了"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状,指出了"双师型"教师建设过程中存在的主要问题。根据湖南省教育行政部门"十二五"规划提出的建设目标,结合长沙航空职业技术学院的实际情况,构建了"双师型"教师能力素质模型和培养体系,并就"双师型"教师的认证和管理实践进行了分析。
This paper discusses the connotation of dual - qualification teachers. At the same time, it analyses the current situation of dual - qualification teachers' construction and then points out the ma- jor problems in the process of it. According to the building goals raised by the "twelfth five - year" plan of Hunan province' s education administrative departments, this paper builds Changsha Aeronautical, Vocational and Technical College' s dual - qualification teachers' competency model and training sys- tem combined with the college' s real situation. It finally analyses dual - qualification teachers' identifi- cation and management practice.
