摘要
针对飞机火烧构件检测中应用温色对比法能否保证检测结果的准确性及可靠性这一问题,选用LC4CS、TC4、1Cr18Ni9Ti为试验材料进行烧伤模拟试验,对材料在不同温度下的颜色变化与机械性能的关系进行了分析。试验结果表明,材料的颜色变化与组织结构的变化之间并不存在一一对应的关系;在一定温度范围内,高温短时的热变色有时与低温长时间的热变色相近;依据构件的颜色变化来判断构件所受温度的高低容易产生大的误差。为确保检测结果的安全与可靠,必须与其它检测方法相结合。
To aim at the problem of accurate and trustworthy level of testing burned aircraft struc- ture by comparing the temperature and color, simulated experiments on the three materials like LC4CS, TC4 and 1Crl8Ni9Ti are carried out to analyze the color change of the materials in different temperature and its relation with mechanic performance. The experiments indicate:there is not an obvious corre- sponding relation between the color change and the structure change of materials ;in a define temperature range, the color of higher and lower temperature is similar in some time;and a large error will appear if the color of the materials is used to determine the temperature of aircraft components. Therefore, in or- der to ensure the secure and trustworthy level of testing result, it is necessary that many testing methods be used together.
