摘要
提出一种基于霍尔元件设计的直线小位移测量传感器.利用有限元分析软件FEMM(finite element method magnetics)对传感器磁体的磁场分布进行有限元分析,得出磁体到霍尔元件的最佳距离.在测量范围的均匀梯度磁场中,传感器将物理量转换成可供控制的电信号,简单方便,精确度高,在需要小距离的测量场合中有很大应用价值.
This paper puts forward a linear small displacement sensor based on Hall element, which uses finite element analysis software FEMM to analyze magnetic field distribution of magnetic steel, gets optimal distance of the magnetic steel to the Hall element. Within the measuring range and uniform gradient magnetic field, it can convert physical quantity into electrical signals for the use of control part. It is simple, convenient with high precision and has great application value in small distance measurement occasions.
