摘要
针对国内出现的大量发变组事故,通过对SiC非线性灭磁电阻灭磁性能的详细试验,结合ZnO与SiC两种非线性电阻的优点,研究出ZnO&SiC最佳灭磁器件,可以作为大型发电机组实现可靠快速灭磁的一种较为理想的方案。
There are many generator transformer group malfunctions in our country.Through deexcitation property test of SiC nonlinear deexcitation resistance,combine nonlinear resistance advantages of ZnO and SiC,the optimum deexcitation component was made.It will be a good solution for large generator units to realize quick deexcitation.
