皖北旅游发展带动经济增长及产业结构升级实证研究

An Empirical Research on Tourism Development-Driven Economic Growth and the Industrial Structure Upgrading in North of Anhui Province

基于旅游产业经济贡献率、增长弹性系数、旅游产业结构升级系数、旅游联动系数四个指标,系统搜集淮北、宿州、阜阳、蚌埠、亳州、淮南2004～ 2012年旅游客流量、旅游收入、GDP数据,对皖北旅游开发带动经济增长及区域产业结构升级进行实证研究.在定量测算皖北旅游产业经济贡献指数、增长弹性系数基础上,分析皖北旅游发展质量以及产业结构升级的状况,揭示了区域内各地市旅游发展的不同响应,为皖北地区以及同类地区经济发展和产业结构优化调整提供了科学参考.

Based on four indicators including tourism economic contribution rate, growth elasticity coefficient, coefficient of upgrading of industrial structure of tourism, tourist correlation, we collect data about tourist traffic, tourist income and the GDP data from 2004 to 2012 systemically from Suzhou, Fuyang, Bengbu, Huaibei, Bozhou and Huainan to undertake an empirical research towards the characters of tourism development to drive economic growth and regional industrial structure upgrade. In measuring economic contribution index, the characters of tourism indus- try growth elasticity coefficient, based on the analysis of the characters of tourism development and the status of the industrial structure upgrade quality, reveals the different response of the regional tourism development around the city, for the similar the region and regional economic development and industrial structure optimization adjustment provides the scientific reference.
