内蒙古经济跨越式发展研究

Study on the Economy Great-leap-forward development of Inner Mongolia

经济发展不平衡是世界各国普遍存在的问题,我国也同样面临着东、中、西部不平衡发展的问题,实现地区经济的跨越式发展是解决这一问题的必然选择。本文在后发优势、梯度推移理论、大推进理论等的指导下,通过系统分析内蒙古经济发展的现状,从产业结构调整、产业竞争力提升、人力资源战略等角度提出实现内蒙古经济跨越式发展的对策。

The imbalance of economic development is the common problem around the world. China is also fa- cing the same problem. The way of great leap forward development of economy is the inevitable choice to solve this problem. Based on the throes of advantage of backwardness, gradient theory and the theory of big push, coupled with the systematic analysis of the present situation of the economic development in Inner Mongolia, there are some meas- ures to change the situation. They are adjusting the industrial structure, promoting industrial competitiveness, and human resource strategy.
