抗捐视角中的上海法租界市民团体(1919-1937)

On the Citizen Group in French Concessions from the Perspective of Tax Refusal(1919-1937)

上海法租界华人全境型市民团体兴起于五四政治风潮之后,抗捐则成为当时重要的主题。法租界商联会因对于抗捐的消极态度,其地位被各街区商联会联合组成的法租界商总会所替代。帮会人物领导的商总会利用抗捐运动成功整合了工商界团体,并组织纳税华人会参与到城市管理中。抗战前法租界市民团体的发展和演变,体现了市政捐税在法租界城市政治中的重要影响,也反映了法租界社会的特点和近代帮会在城市政治中的作用。

The development and changes of Citizen Group in French Concession before the Anti-Japanese War reflected the important influences of taxes in the urban politics of French Concession.This also shows the social features of the Concession and the effect of modern Banghui(secret society) in urban politics.
