摘要
对传统搅拌铸造法制备铝基复合材料的颗粒加入方式进行改进 ,采用直接加入 Al2 ( SO4 ) 3,由其反应分解产生 Al2 O3原位合成铝基复合材料 ;由 Al2 ( SO4 ) 3分解的 SO3可以对熔体进行精炼、除气 ;结果表明 ,Al2 O3颗粒和基体结合良好 ,没有发现气孔团聚、集聚、偏析 ,克服了传统搅拌铸造所带来的铸造缺陷。
WT10.BZ]In situ Al_2O_3 decomposed from Al_2(SO_4)_3 reinforced aluminum matrix composites was fabricated through stirring cast by adding Al_2(SO_4)_3 to the molten alloy SO_3 decomposed from Al_2(SO_4)_3 may refine and remove the gas from the molten composites by the way stated beforeThe results show that Al_2O_3 and matrix bond well, no cast defects being found,such as gas hole, porosity and particles segregation in in situ Al_2O_3 decomposed from Al_2(SO_4)_3 reinforced aluminum matrix composites
