中药脐疗在预防呼吸机相关性肺部感染中的应用及护理

Application of Chinese herbs umbilical therapy in prevention of ventilator-associated pulmonary infection and related nursing

目的探讨分析运用生大黄脐部穴位贴敷预防呼吸机相关性肺部感染的效果。方法将本院ICU收治的使用呼吸机治疗的64例患者随机分为对照组32例和观察组32例,分别采取一般性的护理措施和生大黄脐部穴位贴敷,比较2组的肺部感染的发生率。结果对照组肺部感染的发生率为37.5%,观察组肺部感染的发生率为15.6%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取中药生大黄脐部穴位贴敷可降低呼吸机相关性肺部感染的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of raw rhubarb applying around acupoint around umbilical region on prevention of ventilator-associated pulmonary infection. Methods 64 patients treated with ventilator in ICU were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was conducted with conventional nursing mea- sure.s, while the observation group was conducted with raw rhubarb applying around aeupoint around umbilical region. Incidence rate of pulmonary infection was compared between two groups. Results Incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 37.5 % in the control group, which was signif- icantly higher than 15.6% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of raw rhubarb applying around acupoint around umbilical region can reduce the incidence rate of ventilator -associated pulmonary infection.
