组织性格与组织绩效的关系研究——以中国上市银行为例 被引量:3

摘要 组织性格决定组织命运。本文以2002-2011年我国上市银行为样本,探索性地使用财务与治理数据研究组织性格对组织绩效的影响。研究发现,事实型(S)、直觉型(N)和内向型(I)性格对组织绩效产生正向影响,而感知型(P)性格产生负向影响。此外,环境不确定性对直觉型(N)性格和组织绩效之间的关系起着正向调节作用。因此,关注自身、聚焦现实、重视远景目标、避免决策过于谨慎等特征有助于上市银行提升绩效。在高度变化的环境下,前瞻性的直觉型(N)性格对组织绩效尤为重要。 Organization character is organization destiny. Based on a sample of listed banks in China for the year 2002 through 2011, this study examines the impact of organization characters on bank performance using financial and governance data. Re-sults show that banks with sensing(S), intuition(N), and introversion(I) character have a significantly higher performance, while the performance of banks with perceiving(P) character are lower. In addition, the positive relation between intuition(N) character and bank performance is stronger with uncertainty increases. Banks can improve the performance by focusing on in-ward ness and paying attention to the reality and big picture, and avoiding over-conservatism. When facing a highly uncertain environment, the intuition(N) character is very important to organization performance.
