摘要
全球竞争时代,人力资源成为企业竞争的根本。通过激励吸引和留住员工已成为人力资源管理的主要内容。本文通过分析激励的基本原理以及我国企业员工激励的现状和问题,提出了我国企业做好员工激励的方向和具体措施。
In the era of global competition, human resource has become a fundamental enterprise competition. Through incentives to attract and retain employees have become the main elements of human resources manage ment. Based on the analysis of incentive theory and employee motivation of status quo and problems of enterprises in China, this paper put forward the direction of enterprise employee motivation and specific measures.
