摘要
采用 Ti H2 与 Ti B2 反应烧结原位合成了 Ti与 B的过渡相 Ti B。随着 Ti B2 含量的适当增加 ,Ti B2 逐步转化为Ti B,同时试样的气孔率增大 ,密度减小 ,导电率下降 ;当 Ti H2 ∶ Ti B2 达到 2∶ 1时 ,Ti B2 全部转化为 Ti B,密度回升 ,导电率提高。过渡相 Ti B在 Ti B2
