标准大骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑损伤临床疗效及安全性 被引量:18

摘要 重型颅脑损伤(STBI)是以交通意外为首要致病原因的脑部严重损伤,判断标准为:昏迷〉6分,格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)〈8分,或在24h内患者意识恶化再度昏迷〉6h。STBI常伴随脑挫伤、脑疝及恶性颅内高压等,致死率高,治疗措施复杂困难,关键在于迅速降颅压。目前,开颅减压术在临床上是主要治疗措施,但随着医疗和手术技术的发展,标准大骨瓣开颅减压术逐渐取代了传统的去骨瓣开颅减压术。本研究通过对比常规骨瓣开颅术和标准大骨瓣开颅降压术的临床疗效和并发症,研究标准大骨瓣减压治疗STBI的临床疗效及安全性,现报告如下。
