指出了电机制造过程中与温升有密切关系的要素,如绕组浸漆质量、冲片质量、铝水杂质、细条和断条等因素。电机制成后,降低绕组温升的补救办法有车小转子外圆和换成磁性槽楔或磁性槽泥。
Such key factors having something to do with reducing motors' temperature-rise in course of their production as quality of vasish used to immerse the wind- ings, quality of lamination sheets, impurity aluminum cast and thin or broken rotor cage were pointed out. Method to reduce motors' temperature-rise for the finished motors included machining the rotor outside diameter to a certain smaller value, changing the normal slot into magnetic slot or applying magnetic slot materials.
