在引进西门子技术的基础上,研发了核电1 100 M W级发电机产品及与之配套的5 800 kW无刷励磁机。文章主要阐述5 800 kW无刷励磁机厂内总装型式试验的装配工艺,着重介绍了装配过程中的重点、难点和关键点。

Based on the imported technology from Sie- mens, the 1 100 MW nuclear power generator and 5 800 kW brushless exciter equipped with the nuclear generator were researched and developed at home. Final assembling pro- cess of the type testing device for the 5 800 kW exciter in the factory was described as well as the key, difficult and critical points in the process were focused during the intro- duction.
