扶正清热灭幽汤治疗HP感染慢性浅表性胃炎30例

Clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Qingre Mieyou decoction in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori infection:a report of 30 cases

目的:观察扶正清热灭幽汤联合三联疗法治疗HP感染慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例HP感染慢性浅表性胃炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组30例予三联疗法(阿莫西林+克拉霉素+雷贝拉唑钠)治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用扶正清热灭幽汤治疗。两组均治疗14d,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果:在临床症状积分、胃镜疗效、组织炎症改善疗效、HP根除率、临床总疗效方面两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:运用扶正清热灭幽汤联合三联疗法治疗HP感染慢性浅表性胃炎疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Qingre Mieyou decoction （for strengthening vital qi ,clearing heat, and eliminating Helicobacter pylori （HP）） combined with triple therapy in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis caused by HP infection. Methods：Sixty patients with chronic superficial gastritis caused by HP infection were divided into treatment group （ n = 30） and control group （ n = 30） using a random number ta- ble. The control group received triple therapy （amoxicillin ＋ clarithromycin ＋ rabeprazole sodium） , while the treatment group received Fuzheng Qingre Mieyou decoction in addition to the triple therapy. The course of treatment was 14 d in both groups. The treatment outcomes were analyzed statistically after treatment. Results：The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical symptom score, gastroscopie outcome,improvement in tissue inflammation, HP eradication rate, and overall clinical outcome （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Fuzheng Qingre Mieyou decoction combined with triple therapy have satisfactory efficacy in treating chronic superficial gastritis caused by HP infection and hold promise for clinical application.
