拉力空心螺钉治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的策略 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结空心螺钉治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法2005年3月—2010年12月采用空心螺钉钢丝捆绑固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折37例。结果经过6~36个月随访,其中优34例,良3例,无一例出现螺钉滑移、骨折移位、关节腔或皮肤感染、屈膝触痛等并发症。结论拉力空心螺钉钢丝捆绑固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折,创伤小,恢复快,是一种较好的治疗方法。 Objective To summarize the clinical treatment efficacy of hollow screws on comminuted patella fracture. Methods Hollow screws were applied to 37 patients with comminuted patella fracture from March 2005 to December 2010. Results According to the follow-up of 6 - 36 months, the efficacy was excellent in 34 and good in 3 cases. There were no complications such as screw slip, fracture displacement, joint cavity or skin infection, and knee tenderness. Conclusion The fixation with hollow screws plus steel wire bundle is a good choice for the treatment of comminnted patella fracture.
