摘要 人本主义教育理论对传统教育具有极大的冲动,强调教学以学生为中心,学生应进行有意义的学习,良好的师生关系能提高教学效率,在此教育理念下,幼儿园应以培养"完整儿童"为教育目标,幼儿教师应始终坚持"以幼儿为本",尊重幼儿、热爱幼儿,确立幼儿的主体地位,培养幼儿自主学习的能力,在教学中构建平等、民主、和谐的师幼关系,促进师幼共同成长。 The humanistic educational theory,emphasizing student-centered teaching,has a great impulse on traditional education.Students should engage in meaningful learning,and there is a good relationship between teachers and students.In this educational philosophy,kindergartens should cultivate"whole children",and teachers should always adhere to the principal"young chil-dren-oriented",i.e. respecting for young children,loving children,encouraging young children to develop self-learning ability,building up equal relationship,creating democratic and harmonious environment in order to promote the whole development of children.
