入职信息技术教师专业发展研究——基于专业知识结构维度

Fresh IT Teachers and Their Development

通过对X省3所共9位高中信息技术教师从毕业实习阶段至入职后一年的专业成长进行跟踪访谈,从分析入职信息技术教师专业知识结构入手,揭示其专业发展中存在专业知识参差不齐和知识实践性欠缺的问题,提出完善入职信息技术教师专业知识结构的建议,以促进入职信息技术教师专业发展。

After the follow-up interview with 9 new teachers as IT teachers for a year in 3 colleges,and analysis of their knowledge construction,we know that these teachers are diversified in their knowledge construction and lack of practice.Therefore we suggest that these new teachers should enrich their knowledge in IT Field.
