摘要
当下社会形势与设计教育的现状,使对于工业设计专业的人才实践能力的培养愈加重视。如何培养符合社会需求、满足企业要求的创新工业设计人才是近期教育改革的重点。本文结合CDIO工程教育模式的教学理念,与工业设计品牌专业人才培养模式进行对接,对教学方式的创新进行了探索。对如何培养具有实践能力、创新能力、执行能力的优秀人才提出了具体建议。
The focus of the current reform in industrial design is to train creative talents to meet the needs of society and enterprises. Combining the teaching concept of CDIO engineering education with the talent training mode of industrial design,this essay suggested,can be a good model to innovate our teaching method. The authors also gave some other suggestions on the training of talents with creative and practical abilities.
