摘要
学生规模的不断扩大,人员结构的日趋复杂,影响因素的不断变化,使高校后勤管理和安全服务保障工作面临更多的新问题和新挑战。课题组分析了高校后勤社会化给校园安全管理工作带来的挑战,并开展了对策研究,提出了坚持"以人为本"的工作理念以及构建科学的安全管理与后勤服务工作联动机制的具体措施。
With the rapid development of higher education,the logistic management and safety of universities and colleges are challenged by more and more new more problems. This paper analysed the challenges resulted from the socialization of university service system,and pointed out that we should stick to the idea of Putting People First and establish a scientific response mechanism of campus safety and logistics management.
