摘要
基于提高配电网经济运行的两种主要措施:配电网网络重构和无功优化,提出一种将这两种措施结合以达到提高配电网经济运行的方法。即在经过重构优化后得到的比较理想的网络拓扑结构基础上,再对配电网的无功功率补偿进行优化操作。将这两种措施结合于对同一网络的优化过程中,使得经过优化后网络的有功功率损耗、各节点电压、电能质量等技术指标都优于只使用一种优化措施的网络,达到提高配电网经济运行的目的。
On the basis of two major measures to improve economic operation of distribution network:network reconfiguration and reactive power compensation,a method is put forward,which combines the two measures together to improve the economic operation of network.Based on the ideal network topology that has been proved by network reconfiguration,optimized operation has been applied to process reactive power compensation operation to the network.The two measures process on the same network,so that skill index data of system such as active power loss,the node voltage value and electric energy quality are much better than using only single optimization operation,and improved economic operation of the distribution network is achieved.
