摘要
车辆的动力总成悬置系统由于其本身材料限制,对温度变化较敏感.本文通过对比常温下和高温下悬置的动、静刚度值,明确温度对悬置系统性能的具体影响,并为今后悬置系统的工程设计提出一定的参考.
In the engine mount system, the main insulators are made of natural rubber, which is very sen- sitive to temperature. Both dynamic stiffness and static stiffness in atmosphere temperature and high temperature were compared respectively, and how the temperature could affect the engine mount performance was figured out. The test results can serve as the basic reference to the future engineering design.
