蒸汽吞吐开采井的不稳定产能预测理论及应用

摘要 蒸汽吞吐是稠油开采的有效手段之一,高温长效的产能评价是油气田开发方案设计、油气井合理配产的重要依据。但对蒸汽吞吐井产能的预测目前还没有成熟的计算方法。采用质量、动量和能量平衡方程,建立一维的不稳定流体流动井筒模型,利用有限差分法对方程组进行顺序迭代求解,得到不同时间下的井底压力与流量的关系曲线,应用此不稳定IPR曲线进行产能预测。经蒸汽吞吐井实例验证,与井开发实际相符,证实了此项技术的实用性。 Cyclic steam stimulation is an effective production manner for dense oil reservoir,and the productivity evaluation of high temperature and long lasting is an important basis for reasonable development design of oil and gas field,allocation of oil and gas well.But there is no mature method to predict capacity of steam stimulation wells at present.By using the mass,momentum and energy balance equations.a one-dimensional unsteady flow well-bore model is established,and in addition,it's combined finite-difference equations with sequential iteration for getting solutions,the bottom-hole producing pressure and flow rate curves at different time,which are often referred as unstable(or transient)IPR curve that can be applied in productivity prediction,By the field examples of the cyclic steam stimulationtests,it shows that is corresponding to practice developing results,and the applicability of this tech is verified.
